Leave No Trace Workshop

Are you an Outdoor Enthusiast?  Improve your decision-making skills on how to reduce your impact when you hike, camp, picnic, snowshoe, run, bike, hunt, paddle, ride horses, fish, ski or climb. This Leave No Trace (LNT) program strives to educate all those who enjoy the outdoors about the nature of their recreational impacts as well as techniques to prevent and minimize such impacts.  Certificate provided upon completion of the workshop.

Bring Sleeping Bag, Sleeping Pad, Appropriate Clothing, Rain Gear, Boots/Sturdy Shoes, Water Bottle, Cup, Plate, Utensils, Camp Chair, and personal hygiene items.

Provided: Tents, Cooking Kits, Food, Lesson Materials, and Instructors.

 

Photography Workshop

Create some great photography to rival Ansel Adams.  Black & Whites, Landscapes, Wildlife, Travel, Action, Group, and Abstract Photography will be some of the mediums in discussion.  Then more importantly, we will discuss the elements needed for that WOW picture hanging in your home.

Wildlife Precautions Workshop

Are you prepared to go WHERE THE WILD THINGS ARE?  This workshop will focus wildlife that can ruin a perfectly good outing in nature.  From da Bears to the little chipmunks.  You need to be safe while traveling and camping.

Bicycle Maintenance Workshop

Derailleurs, brakes, gears, tires, wheels, just to name a few.  Why take your bike to the shop for everything, when you can learn to do most of your own work easily.  Bring your bike and a positive attitude.
